In case you don't know the resource, check out https://www.quickposes.com/en/certificate The idea is simple: Input your email in the input box on the practice pages, or register an account, so you can keep track of the time you spend drawing. When you reach the required amount of time you will be awarded a Quickposes Certificate. The goal is not just to motivate you to achieve a certificate, but on creating a daily habit of practicing gesture drawing .
